Renowned broadcaster and reigning Radio and Television Personality of the year, Nana Aba Anamoah, has shared her thoughts on the ongoing feminism arguments brewing in the country. According to Nana Aba, cooking for her boyfriend or husband is not slavery as some women want others to believe it is.
“It is unacceptable to think that cooking for your man makes you a slave. I cook for my boyfriend and will never stop cooking for him.”
While speaking on Joy Super Morning Show, the eloquent broadcaster said men and women have their roles so she doesn’t understand why there should be a fight between them.
“We all have our roles to play. If I need a new car, I’m not going to use my money to buy it. I won’t use my money to buy clothes. My husband must buy it for me. In my experience, men have been more helpful to me than women. Women say they should support other women, but they are the ones hurting other women the most.”, she said.
Currently, a feminist group by name Pepperdem Gh is actively doing social media campaigns to fight for equality for women.
