Winners at the 20th GJA Awards

Twenty-six Ghanaian journalists were awarded at the 20th Ghana Journalist Awards held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra on Saturday.

The ceremony which was under the theme, “Ghana in Search of Reliable Energy to Power Development: The Role of the Media” saw President John Dramani Mahama grace the occasion as the special guest of honour.

Rt. Rev Prof Emmanuel Asante, chairman of the National Peace Council and Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana was the chairperson for the programme with Mr Kweku Andoh Awotwi, Principal at Africa Power System as guest speaker.
